Working in a respectful and efficient manner with your colleagues & peers to create and maintain a positive working culture is as important as the technical abilities required.


  • Evaluate, assess & treat musculoskeletal injuries & conditions
  • Daily management of their practice environment and supervision of physical therapists
  • Instruction of all therapeutic exercise protocols, application of modalities and functional taping
  • Ask intuitive questions to discover causes of injuries
  • Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history
  • Collaborate with therapists, referring physicians, mid-level providers, and all associated administrative support staff
  • Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patients


  • Proven experience as a chiropractor
  • Exceptional palpation skills and above-average hand/grip strength
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and highly empathetic
  • Compassionate & approachable, and respect for patient’s confidentiality
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
  • Chiropractic License (active) with State of Texas in good standing
