We've Upgrading Our Electronic Records System And Patient Portal

We are excited to announce an upgrade to our electronic records system. Effective, December 4th Premier Family Physicians will transition to AthenaHealth which will provide increased functionality for patients, staff, and providers.

We expect minimal disruption to our normal business operations but want to make you aware of some changes to expect in December. Your current MedFusion patient portal account will continue to be active after December 4th but as a view only version to see historical information. You will not be able to message our office through the MedFusion portal after November 30th. You will need to sign up for a new portal account through AthenaHealth on or after December 4th to communicate with our office, schedule appointments and view your health information.

We will need to scan your photo ID, current insurance card and update patient intake forms in the new system. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment with us starting December 4th and have your photo ID and insurance card present at check-in. We thank you for entrusting us with your healthcare needs and thank you for your patience during this exciting transition!
