Truly Peterson, MD

Dr. Peterson was born and raised in Houston, TX, and did her medical studies at the McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston. She moved to Austin in 2007 and worked as a hospitalist at Seton Medical Center. Over her career, she became interested in leadership and became the Medical Director. After 18 years of working in the hospital setting, she has decided to focus on the primary care of adult patients. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her two children, cooking and traveling.

Care Philosophy:

"My goal is to focus on the comprehensive care of my patients including coordinating with specialists. Also, I feel that it is incredibly important for my patients to understand the status of their health."
